How we use it
- To authenticate accounts and verify email ownership.
- To send verification, invite, password-reset, and security emails.
- To run commissioner pools, entries, standings, and score history.
- To investigate abuse, mistakes, or support requests.
What we do not try to collect
- Payment data.
- Advertising profiles.
- Marketing email lists.
- Sensitive personal information we do not need for the product.
Retention and deletion
If you request account deletion, we will anonymize personal identifiers while keeping pool history, entries, standings, scoring results, and audit logs that are needed to preserve game integrity.
